Is the membrane included in the package?
No, the membrane is not included in the package because the quantity of the membrane is not equal to the heated area.
What is the difference between regular and pre-glued membranes?
The regular membrane requires adhesive and must dry before installing the heating cable, while the pre-glued membrane allows for immediate installation of the cable. Both types will be adhered, but the pre-glued option simplifies the process by eliminating the wait time for drying.
What is the thickness of the membrane?
The membrane is 1/4 Inch or 6mm in thickness.
Are all our thermostat GFCI ?
Yes, All of our thermostat have the GFCI protection.
Is the 240V more powerfull than the 120V?
No
Is there a difference between the green and yellow cable?
No, just different sizes
Can I put hard wood over you system ?
No you can only install engineering wood

What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy. The package must be intact and the cable still on the spool.
